Robert and his team took care of an issue I had earlier this year. They were dependable and reliable and I have another mold issue I am dealing with and I have already contacted Robert and his team. This is nothing you want to deal with but the tropical environment we live in sometimes does not help us but I can rest assured Robert and his team will be there to help! Great company !

I cannot recommend On the Spot Restoration LLC enough. I had already called six different companies that were referred to me before I found Robert online, and I'm so glad I did. He answered his phone, showed up, and from that moment on, he went WAY above and beyond for me and my family. My wife and I were five months pregnant at the time, so everything felt especially high stakes. Robert identified every possible problem, walked us through the solution for each one, and had an amazing list of trusted vendors for anything outside his scope. He acted as our point man through the whole process and made it all feel genuinely easy and stress-free during a time that could have been really overwhelming. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in both his assessment of what was needed for our mold situation, and in his work remediating. He was also so honest and fair in his pricing, which, as it turns out, is kind of rare in this industry. I’m so glad we ultimately chose On The Spot. The whole team was great, and we passed our post remediation inspection the first try! I cannot highly enough recommend this company.

Robert on the Spot did mold remediation work in our condo unit. Our property Building Manager hired him, and he did work in our unit along with the condo unit above us which had been the original source of water leaks and subsequent mold. Although thankfully the mold removal in our condo was minimal, Robert used air cleaners and performed additional cleaning of the unit’s rugs, furniture, AC ducts, and vents. Throughout the process, Robert was prompt and very responsive when we called for updates. When the work was completed, he outlined his findings and indicated when his equipment would be removed. Robert provided good work and we would be open to using him again.

I developed a leak behind my shower in my condo which allowed water to enter the bedroom and soak the carpet. I called several restoration companies, but On The Spot Restoration was by far the most responsive and was in my unit within two hours setting up fans and dryers. The owner, Robert Bell was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend On The Spot over the large national companies for your water removal needs.
